EITB GROUP processes the personal data for the rendering of our services and the sending of communications by physical and electronic means related to our activities, as well as for the creation of profiles linked to the preferences of the users without this implying the adoption of automated decisions that generate effects for the persons.

For each of the services offered, the user will find in this privacy page a specific information policy regarding the processing of personal data requested for the execution of the service in question.

The personal data collected comes directly from the information provided by the persons to whom the data refers.

In the case of users who send us videos via YouTube to be shown on our platform, it is the users who upload them and accept our privacy policy and the terms and conditions of the YouTube service.

The users of the services of EITB GROUP guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as they are necessary to meet the purposes for which, in each case, they have been collected in order to maintain the link with EITB GROUP and their deletion is not requested by the person, and they will also be kept in accordance with the terms of compliance with the legal obligations required of EITB GROUP.

The legitimacy for the processing of the data by EITB GROUP will be carried out in the terms established in article 6 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, to which effect the persons will be informed of the title or titles of lawfulness that in each activity are applicable.
